Common questions

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Taup → Cancel. Cancelling at least a day before your free trial ends means you are not charged.

I already subscribed but the app is asking me to again.

Tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. That reconnects the subscription attached to your Apple ID.

How do I change what Taup plans around?

Settings, reachable from the top of any screen. Goals, priorities, how hard Taup pushes, when your day is spoken for, and when it checks in.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete account. Immediate, complete, and not reversible.

Does Taup send reminders?

Yes, if you want them. Turn them on from the card on Today or in Settings, under Notifications, where you also set when Taup checks in. Everyone hears when today's plan is ready and gets an evening check-in and a Monday look back at the week. How they're worded follows how hard you asked Taup to push you, and Relentless adds a heads-up as each part of your day starts. With a subscription, each day's plan is built overnight, so it's there the moment you open the app. On iPhone this needs version 1.1 or later. Clear the check-in time and they all stop.
